Warranty Policy
CTI products are made of the finest materials available under ISO9000 standards and are warranted against any defect in manufacturing or materials. CTI carbide tip coring tines used on a USDA certified golf course have a “use warrant” of 18 greens or 130,000 square feet. The warranty does not include “chipping” which may occur if a large rock or cart path is hit. Quad tines and deep tines are not covered by the use warranty. The CTI “use warranty” only covers conventional coring tines used on golf course greens (tees and fairways are excluded) having a uniform wear pattern. Uniform wear patterns indicates that the tine wear is even on all sides indicating the machine is in proper timing. Excessive side-wear is not covered by this warranty.
If you have a question concerning a warranty issue you may contact your authorized CTI dealer or call CTI directly at 1-866-929-9916. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which must be written on the outside of each package being returned. All returned product must be accompanied by an RA number in order to receive the proper credit. Returned goods must be received by CTI in the original packaging. CTI does not give credit for shipping charges. CTI reserves the right to refuse credit for returned items that are not received in “like new”, re-salable condition. All decisions made by CTI are final.
Immediately upon delivery, every CTI shipment should be inspected to insure that it has been received ‘complete’ and in good condition. If a package is received from CTI in a damaged condition or with parts missing, do not discard the packaging. One indication of tampering is if any package is received that does not have CTI logo tape. CTI will not use any packaging tape other than logo tape. Carrier inspection of the box is required for CTI to collect reimbursement from the carrier. Please contact CTI customer support immediately to report the problem.
