In North America
If an order is received by 4:00 EDT/EST it will be shipped the same day. We use Federal Express for all shipments in North America where possible. We will ship by Federal Express ‘Ground’ unless otherwise requested. You can find how many days it takes for Federal Express ‘ground’ shipments to reach your location from Wilmington, NC 28401 USA at http://www.fedex.com/us/fedex/shippingservices/package/ground.html An email with the ‘paid’ invoice will be sent the morning after the package is shipped to the email address listed when the order was placed. This email will contain the Federal Express ‘tracking number’ so you can monitor the shipment’s progress and delivery. You can copy the tracking number onto the Federal Express form at https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/html/ for the full information. You may request us to ship by one of the optional ‘expedited’ services available in your area. These alternate ‘air’ shipments are more expensive and are only available in some areas. You are welcome to call our Customer Support department for more information regarding cost and availability.
In some cases there may be a slight delay due to a backorder situation. Although this is rare, it can occur. If the delay is more than a few days we will notify you by email with our best estimate as to the likely shipment date.
International
International orders are shipped as soon as possible at the lowest available rate.

Privacy & Security

All information regarding your private information is held in strictest confidence.  Under no circumstance will we ever sell or provide any customer location, email, phone, or purchasing profile information to anyone or organization.  All your information is held in the strictest confidence.

Returns & Replacements

All returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization Number” printed clearly on the outside of the package. To get an RA number, simply contact our Customer Service department. You will need the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If you are requesting warranty credit or replacement the parts must be first returned for inspection and quality evaluation. CTI maintains the highest quality standards in the industry and if there is a quality problem we will always protect our valued customer. Shipments sent to our US Postal box will not be accepted.

Broken Tines
It is an unfortunate fact that all tines, made by anyone, can and do break under certain conditions.  We cannot warranty against breakage unless it is as a result of a product defect in either in material or workmanship.  It is fortunate that aerification tines usage and wear pattern can be clearly seen in almost every case.  Indeed, aerification tines clearly demonstrate the wear and usage experienced.
